What is Insight's Customer Reference Programme (CRP)?

It is a one-stop-shop to generate all your customer success stories.

Customer reference stories are time consuming to create and it can often be difficult to pull together all the relevant information. This programme is made to measure. How does it work?

From the agreed pipeline of the success stories you would like us to produce, a quick call from us to your customer account manager is required to begin the process. We then interview your customer and produce a piece of written material in the format of your choice your style and format. By the end of this process you will have an approved customer success story that you can use as promotional material.

Average turn around time for an approved story is two weeks (excluding client approval). The length of stories depends on your precise requirements, but typically each story we produce is up to 1,000 words - although we've even produced summaries such as PowerPoint slides for corporate presentations.
