"I have dealt with Insight for some six or seven years and found its staff to be both very professional - with a good understanding of what journalists need and how to deliver it - and pleasant to deal with on a personal level.
Insight's staff always provide excellent responses to requests for information and feature briefs, having thought carefully about who to put forward for interview and then shown how that person can address the angles outlined in my briefs.
