Insight manages HP's customer reference programme across Europe and Asia Pacific. In the last year Insight has created over 400 reference materials, identified 500 new customer advocates and answered over 1,200 reference enquires from sales and marketing teams – from creating a PowerPoint slide to helping bid for projects worth billions of pounds.
Although a successful part of the marketing programme, HP had an urgent need to manage their references more effectively and understand how the programme related to sales. Insight built a bespoke system that enabled HP to understand the total customer reference value of each of their clients, and included a health check on their relationship.
