Absolute Software

A successful Canadian software firm, Absolute Software offers an innovative solution to manage, track and recover lost and stolen mobile devices such as laptops. Over the last two years it has increased its sales efforts in Europe and towards the end of 2007 decided to appoint Insight to raise its profile in the UK media.

Insight developed a PR strategy to create a leadership platform for Absolute as security and data loss prevention experts. Insight created a blend of PR tactics including speaker opportunities, guerrilla PR and media relations to raise awareness and provide support for the sales team. The programme to date has resulted in an ROI of 16:1 (AVE: agency fees).
